General Shipping Policy
All standard shipping will be via Fed-ex Ground or UPS Ground. Standard shipping is Free for all orders over $200. Express shipping is available at check out for an additional cost. Shipping charges will vary by the weight and dimensions of the product and the final destination's ZIP code. All orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days unless otherwise indicated. Due to certain circumstances there may be times where delays occur. Wholesalelightingstore.com does not guarantee an exact shipping date. There is no shipping during weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Orders placed during the weekend and national holidays are usually shipped the next business day. We do not ship International Orders or to Hawaii or Alaska.
Wrong/Damaged Products
Wholesalelightingstore.com's goal is to ensure that we get your orders right. Wrong or damaged orders can be corrected by contacting one of our customer support representatives.
General Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it. The only exception is on special or customs orders. All products from Justice Design Group are custom made. The customer is responsible for returning the product in resellable condition and for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please maintain the shipping receipt for your records. We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for
processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card
account number only. Please send an e-mail to sales@wholesalelightingstore.com to request an Return Authorization Number (RAN) and we will handle everything else.
The following types of items are deemed non-refundable:
Light Bulbs, parts and shades do not qualify for returns unless the error was on the part of Wholesalelightingstore.com.
Items not purchased from Wholesalelightingstore.com cannot be processed as returns.
Refunds Refund notifications will be sent via e-mail once the returned item has been received and processed. Please note that shipping costs are refunded only if due to error on the part of Wholesalelightingstore.com.
Order Cancellations
Unshipped items can be cancelled as long as the item was not manufactured specifically for the customer. Special orders may involve a manufacturer's cancellation fee, for which the customer is liable.
